Iron Man 3 maybe
one of the most hated Marvel movies by most, but it shows an important message
that it overlooked by many people. IM3 shows us that almost anyone, can get an
anxiety attack. Now watching someone act out an anxiety attack is total different
than getting one yourself or seeing a friend or loved one get one in real life.

In the video game, Anxiety
Attacks, you walk around in First Person POV in a beautiful field near the woods, the
music is calming, the space is peaceful and it seems like you don’t have a care
in the world, seems like walk in the park kind of video game right? Well, let’s
add in the fact that you have to control your breathing just right or else you’ll
start to lose control, also adding in that a dark cloud will pop up and try to wreak
your perfect day, finally let’s add in the fact that you brain will start to
tell you things that may make your life get worse than it already is? You can’t
breathe? You want to die? You’re going to die? You failed? Now does it seem to
be a little harder? Well it’s not all that awful as I make it sound like,
because there are peace zone that will help you with the attack that you have.
I have a video of someone playing the game, to show you what it’s like, he may
say some few choice words that may not agree with all but still, it’s a good
game to help people understand what it’s like.
