Sit back and Relax

After watching all the mind challenging short films throughout the weeks, I didn't enjoy the films played in class yesterday as much as I had expected. They seemed to fall flat. They were funny and entertaining but it just left me with a "meh" feeling. Come to think of it now, though, I don't think any of the short films we watched were animated.

I guess I have Professor Leeper to thank for destroying my interest in shallow movies. Now I will be analysing every movie I watch. I still will not be purposefully watching shows with a bunch of f words even if it is 'vital' in portraying the emotion for the scene. I guess I am the odd one who will find it a lot harder not to let those words come out of my own mouth the more I listen to them.

Nevertheless, I was still able to enjoy the last day of structured class for the semester. (Next class are the presentations which I am eagerly looking forward to- the topics that I heard sounded pretty interesting).
