Shooting Interviews

For me, one thing I've really learned from this class and my other production classes is how to shoot interviews and tell stories. One of my favorite sessions from this class was the documentary film section, where they literally did a documentary on filmmakers who strictly shoot documentaries.  Inspired by the film, I got the idea to do a project called "Short Line: the Story of an American Railroad." What I want to do is tell how shorelines are big players in America's transportation network, simply by building relationships with the communities they run through.
