More Justin Bieber talk (I swear this is it guys)

Hello Again,

I swear I’m done talking about Justin Bieber after this one. On the previous blog post I talked about JB’s new album, Purpose. Well, another really great track on there is called Life is Worth Living. Again, it’s a very simple tune played mainly (if not only) through piano. However, unlike the last song, I will say that this one is in fact quite a beautiful song. The song itself is about suicide and how it’s not worth it to kill yourself because in the end, “Life is worth living again.” The video that accompanies the song is just as beautiful as the song, if not more beautiful than the song. It starts with a young girl dancer looking at herself in the mirror. She isn’t particularly beautiful, at least by society’s standards she’s not. After a few moments of staring into the mirror with a frown on her face, the screen goes black and we hear a gunshot. Then the video fades back in along with the start of the song and we see the girl sitting in the feeble position on the ground. As she slowly stands to her feet, she looks down at her heart where we can see a bloodied gunshot wound. She reaches down to touch it and then she begins dancing. After about a minute, there is a guy dancer revealed to the audience who was standing in the corner of the room watching and then he begins dancing with her. A majority of the video is just one camera angle as it pans around them as they do their routine. And by the end of the video, the gunshot wound vanishes and the girl realizes that her life isn’t over. The video also gives a second, more subtle meaning. As the girl dances, she reveals to us that she is actually more beautiful than the world would have you believe. She shows us her true beauty by showing us her personality and her beautiful skill in dancing. That is why I love this video.
